Honor V30 can be the company’s first model with 5G, Kirin 985 and Sony 40 MP sensor

Honor V30Honor is gaining more notoriety over the years. Thanks to its successful launches, huge investment from Huawei in its subsidiary and extremely competitive smartphones, the company now plans another major launch for the Chinese market in the coming months.

According to the latest leak, the company plans to announce the Honor V30 as a direct sequence of Honor View 20 (also known as Honor V20 ), presented to the world in late 2018.

According to information disclosed by a leaker on the Chinese social network Weibo, Honor is expected to show the flagship in December with high-performance specifications, being this the first device of the line V30 to come equipped with the sensor Sony IMX600 for resolution photography of 40 MP. The same sensor used in Huawei P30 Pro.

The leak also describes that the device can be equipped with Huawei’s own new HiSilicon Kirin 985 chipset, as well as supporting next-generation 5G networks thanks to the Balong 5000 chip that is required to receive and send data signals from 5G connectivity.

There is no evidence of design. In the image above we see the Honor 20 Pro with a rear quadruple camera and a circular notch on the front panel to house the camera for selfies.

We do not know if the company should follow this design, present something similar to the View 20 / V20 of 2018 or adopt something completely new.
