Google already released Chrome 90 for desktops and Android in April and now the browser update is finally coming to iOS with some unique features for the platform like more interactive and fun widgets, including even one dedicated to the famous dinosaur that is part of an internal browser game. See how it turned out.
As you can see in the images below, the new Chrome 90 does not have major changes in design, which remains very clean, but it does have 3 new widgets that allow you to open the search bar, type a website, trigger voice search, private mode, and even the browser code reader directly from the iPhone and iPad home screen.
There are also two other widgets, one to trigger search only and the other that allows you to enter the famous game of the dinosaur that always appears when your device is disconnected. It basically redirects you to the “chrome: // dino” URL.
Finally, there are still improvements in stability, performance and it is also possible to edit your usernames and passwords saved in Chrome, which can be quite interesting if you change your password on another device without synchronization.
