Bigger battery than expected ?! Galaxy Tab S6 may include module with 7040 mAh capacity and more

Galaxy Tab S6The successor to the Galaxy Tab S4 continues to spawn several leaks before its release, which could occur in conjunction with the much anticipated Galaxy Note 10 in August.

The model has already been awarded Bluetooth certification and has even gained approval in a Taiwanese body showing 6840 mAh battery – but interestingly, recent information published by Android Headlines shows the possibility of an even larger module.

It seems that the iPad’s next major rival should carry beyond the 10.5 ”screen a 7040 mAh battery, bringing with it accessories such as a dockable keyboard (with trackpad right) at launch.

Other specifications revealed include the weight of 420 grams, 13 megapixel (f / 1.9) rear camera with 5 MP secondary sensor and Snapdragon 855 chipset offered in 6GB / 128GB or 8GB / 256GB variants – with microSD expansion.

Given these specifications, plus features like the S-Pen and all the news that will debut with the new version of the accessory, there is a good chance that the Galaxy Tab S6 will become the best Android tablet on the market.

But again, it would have little competition, especially when it comes to the premium segment, where options with Google’s mobile operating system are even scarcer.

The Galaxy Tab S6 should hit the market in different colors, including a shade of pink/gold, gray and blue (official nuance names have not yet been revealed).

Galaxy Tab S6: Taiwanese certification reveals 6840 mAh battery

The Galaxy Tab S6, Samsung’s tablet that will hit the market as the successor to the Tab S4, has spawned several leaks in recent days, implying that its launch is getting closer and closer.

After being certified with Bluetooth SIG, which confirmed the 5.0 version of the laptop technology, it has now been certified at NCC ( Taiwanese National Communications Commission ), where another important detail about the device has been revealed: the capacity of its battery.

According to the documentation, the S6 should be shipped with a module carrying 6840 mAh capacity, capable of up to 15 watts fast charging.

As we can see above, the form is mentioned in the model SM-T860, which in the box will include the 15W charger EP-TA200. Preliminary information corroborates that the model should feature a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display and Snapdragon 855 processor.

Additional features are the presence of four speakers (two at the top and two at the bottom) and the presence of the S-Pen, which must connect to the device in a magnetic way, thus also being recharged.

Samsung’s upcoming tablet could be announced at its next big event, Unpacked where we should also get to know the Galaxy Note 10 and its variants, scheduled for August 7th.
