ByteDance is stuck in a real problem in the United States with the government deciding to investigate it for the privacy of TikTok user data and may even undo the billion-dollar deal that allowed it to buy Musical.ly in 2017.
While in the West the news is not very good, in China the company is preparing to launch its … smartphone.
Yes, just as Meitu got a cell phone to call their own thanks to Xiaomi, the owner of the short video app teamed up with Smartisan to produce a smartphone: the Nut Pro 3.
It is a robust device with Snapdragon 855 and 8 GB of RAM, with internal memory options of 128 GB or 256 GB. Its display is AMOLED, is 6.39 inches, and comes in 19.5: 9 aspect ratio with a drop notch.
As we talk about a smartphone designed for TikTok (Douyin in China) use, of course, we will have a good lens configuration: there are four at the rear, including a Sony IMX586 58 MP f / 1.75 main sensor, 13 MP 123º ultrawide, 8 MP telephoto and a 5MP macro lens.
On the front, the sensor is a 20-megapixel Samsung 3T1 f / 2.0.
Finishing the configuration package, we have a 4,000mAh battery, ok size for a 2019 flagship. One negative for many will be the absence of a P2 connection.
In addition to the Chinese Tiktok, the handset should come bundled with other ByteDance apps … the price, however, is encouraging: equivalent to $ 412.
The sale will take place exclusively in China, and there is no date yet for Nut Pro 3 to hit the market.
Remember, if you like TikTok, Vivo Easy now offers daily rates for the app of the moment.
