Known as Honor’s first 5G phone, the V30 continues to be featured in the Chinese press. We recently saw that the device was certified by 3C and this brought us the first official specifications of the device.
Now, while still without an official release date, images released in China show the device in the real world. According to the source, this is the Honor V30 Pro variant. Therefore, it has two front cameras inside the hole in the OLED display.
See below that, in addition to a Galaxy S10 Plus style hole, the Honor V30 Pro should hit the market with a screen with few edges. However, what is not yet clear is what will be the resolution of each sensor.
Despite little information about the front cameras, some rumors already bring back photographic settings of the rear set. So on the Honor V30, we have 60 MP main sensor, 16 MP super wide-angle lens, 2 MP macro lens, and ToF sensor.
The Pro variant maintains the main 60 MP sensor, but has an 8 MP telephoto lens in place of the macro and brings 20 MP in the super wide-angle lens. Finally, both should feature 40W wired and 15W wireless fast charging.
However, while the Honor V30’s battery is 4,000 mAh, the V30 Pro’s battery hits the market with 4,200 mAh. Finally, sources indicate that the launch of the new V30 should happen later this month. So it’s good to keep an eye on the next steps of the Huawei subsidiary.
