Despite constant rumors and even statements about the possible launch of a proprietary operating system, Huawei does not intend to end its marriage with Android. The guarantee came from the company’s chief of products and consumers, Walter Ji, in an interview with PhoneArena of the United States.
For him, while the US government still does not know very well what to do, Huawei has no intention of abandoning Android. This is because the company “contributed significantly” to the development of the Google system by offering new solutions and innovations to its users.
Ji further revealed that the Chinese giant invested more than $ 15 billion last year in research and development.
