Minecraft Earth and more! ASUS adds more games that support 120 fps on ROG Phone 2

Minecraft EarthThe long list of games running at up to 120 fps on ROG Phone 2 received an update on Friday (27). ASUS added three more games to the list and removed a title.

On the list of inclusions are “Minecraft Earth”, “BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! ”And“ Into Mirror ”. The company also stressed that support for high-speed games can be discontinued at any time, as the developer made changes.

With this justification, the Taiwanese company had a drop in the list: the game “Sky Force Reloaded”, which was among the first available. Remember that the high frame rate per second is made possible due to the 120 Hz screen of the ASUS smartphone gamer.

The complete original list of the other titles supporting 120 fps in the model can be found below on this page. Also, be sure to comment on what you think of the three new additions.

What a library! Asus unveils games that will run at up to 120 FPS on ROG Phone 2

The ROG Phone line offers gamers a complete experience on a mobile device. In 2019 the smartphone gets a nice upgrade and comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM and amazing 1TB internal storage.

It fits a lot, doesn’t it? And Asus knows that. In addition to offering all this hardware, ROG Phone 2 also features a 120Hz refresh rate display, which allows for a very fluid feeling thanks to the 120fps the screen can achieve against the 60fps of most conventional screens in the market.

To the delight of gamers, the manufacturer has even released a list of games that will be compatible with some or all of this screen potential.

Remember, “stressing out” the processor in more arduous tasks like games tends to drain the battery faster. Since screens with high refresh rates also come at a price in terms of power consumption, this is a combination that can greatly reduce the autonomy of the device.

In any case, the ROG Phone 2 hits the market with a 6,000mAh tank, and positions itself as a top tier for it, while most market options for flagships – outside the gamer niche – have batteries in the house. of the 4,000mAh.
