In recent weeks there have been some leaks suggesting that Google could use a square camera design in the new Pixel 4 line. At first, they were just rumors since the search giant commonly inserts only one lens into the products. However, even a metal model would have come to rest in the hands of a YouTuber, and well, the company just confirmed that design for the lenses.
Taking everyone by surprise she used her Twitter today (12) to give a taste of what is to come. The company still provokes the phrase “wait and see what it can do for you”.
So, both Google and Apple should bet on the design that for some is controversial. Since the beginning of the year, this design of optical sensors has been suggested for iOS mobile phones this year, but Apple should not open the game until the official formalization.

Neither Google nor Apple, however, will be revolutionizing with their products: who started with this game if you insert a box in the back was Huawei in the line Mate 20 of last year. The P30line – available in Brazil – in turn, preserved the alignment of the lenses on one of the sides.

It is worth mentioning that Google has finally put on the market intermediate and more affordable versions of the Pixel line: the Pixel 3A and 3A XL are already available and play the role of offering excellent lenses for those who do not want a flagship. Pixel 4, in turn, should be made official in the second half.
