Unsurprisingly, Samsung has been trying to make Bixby increasingly present in its products, stimulating the use of its own personal assistant over rival options such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Microsoft Cortana, shipping it not only on smartphones but also on tablets and home accessories.
Following this stimulus move, South Korea officially announced the availability of the Bixby Marketplace, a store dedicated to delivering new add-ons for its assistant in partnership with developers.
Also in the ad that was made on the page dedicated to developers, it was revealed that it will be possible to search for these add-ons in a simple way or through predefined categories such as Productivity, Travel and Transport, Games and Fun and more, thus giving more versatility and organization to said store.
As a result, the brand begins to move to lessen the dependency on exclusive development or in partnership with specific applications, opening the door for more people to have access to the assistant and, consequently, to create their links with it.

It should be noted that, according to Samsung itself, to access the Bixby Marketplace, it will be necessary to have the most current version of the application, and can be verified through the path: Bixby Voice> Settings> About Bixby> Update.
