Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and A50 start receiving the July security package in Europe

Samsung is always one of the first manufacturers to release the monthly security update package to users of certain devices. This time, the South Korean manufacturer is making available the patch for the month of July, which brings the implementation of new features for the Galaxy S10 Lite and A50 models.

As always, Google makes changes in the security part of the Android system, providing a base of patches that is sent by brands to users’ smartphones in order to allow effective implementation of barriers against vulnerabilities that had previously been detected.

However, sometimes, Google’s partner companies use this patch as a basis for implementing features that aim to correct usability problems detected by users, or simply even more functionality that improves the experience.

After releasing the June patch that brought improvements to the cameras and audio, this time the Galaxy S10 Lite device receives in the package refer to the G770FXXU2BTF3 firmware, where improvements were made to the digital player, the cameras and the sound of the cell phone.

For now, the update is only available in some European countries, such as Belgium and the Netherlands, with a total size of 350 MB, but it should not be long before it will be available in other countries and regions around the world.
